Products Not as Shown in Pictures
If a product arrives damaged or does not match the pictures shown on our website, we will issue a full refund or exchange for the correct item. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to provide pictures of the issues.
Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged in any way, including stains, rips or tears, we will issue a full refund or exchange for a new undamaged product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to report any damage issues and send pictures of the damage.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at info@foziacreation.com within 7 days of receiving your order with pictures of the issues. Include your name, order number and a description of the problem.
Once we approve your refund request, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. You may be required to ship back the product at your expense in order to receive a refund.
